i got one story to share...
a customer of mine using streamyx for almost 3 years now...starting a year ago...his son start talking long thru the phone causing high bills...almost over RM2k in total, which make my friend really mad....he cannot afford to pay the total bills in one shot..so he make arrangement with TM to pay a bit every month...so since the bills are outstanding.TM decided to suspend the line...so can receive call but cannot call out...and still can use streamyx with no problem....suddenly after a while...streamyx got problem...frequent disconnection...really bad coz he is relying on the internet to do his job n online transaction...he complaint to tmnet n they say hav to reset or change port...ok..fine then....a few days after that TM technician call n tell him that they cannot fix the problem coz the line is suspended....he need to pay the full amount 1st to make the line active n then they can fix it....

the thing is that he still pay 88pmonth for the streamyx supposed to get unlimited usage..but now is limited....very dangerous coz he is relying on the net for income n transaction....sometime in the middle of transaction the disconnected n reconnect for about 30 times........

opinion n suggestion guys???
