Emergency Maintenance Notice

I have received an email from my hosting company stated:

"We just received an announcement from TM Brickfields Datacenter saying that they has scheduled an emergency maintenance on router to relocate memory card to balance size of master and backup as part of an ongoing effort to keep the service up-to-date.

The maintenance will begin at 00.00AM Malaysian Time on Thursday, 9th November, 2006. The work is expected to conclude within 2 hours, at approximately 02.00AM Malaysian Time, Thursday, 9th November, 2006.

As a result, there might experience network down disruption during the upgrade maintenance period. However, they will ensure that the network down disruption period to be as minimal as possible.

However, for extra precautionary measures, we strongly advise you to do backup on any critical data."

Internet browsing is very slow beginning from 11.30AM in Puchong area. Merangkak, slow, fail loading, error.

this morning ... bumper to bumper... now smooth flowing..

Experience total disconnection with my hosting company starts from 12:00am..

Later was informed the netmye is upgrading their power supply in brickfieds. Schedule to be 1 hour, but lasts for 3 hours.

Other servers also went for maintenance last midnight. My 2 other websites also affected.
