After 8 month using Streamy 1mbs(RM88) I found that

STREAMYX IS A BIG SUCKING MONEY JERK

What ever kind of jerk they are, they are still the back bone of our internet system here malaysia. no matter which ISP provider you choose it will still depends on this jerk... Grin

Slow, bad, unstable connection everyday and night, I would dare to say ALL YEAR LONG.

And, the helplines DO NOT help, though once they did try to solve my problems but only ONCE from many calls I've made, ONCE only. And the helpers DO NOT sound so friendly.

We're paying every month for this kind of service and connection, NICE!

Managed to talk to one of the helpline employee. The Helpline is an outsource company, the more calls they received the more income they'll have. So basically they don't really want to end the problem, coz once they have solved the problems then there will have no calls and that means no income.. Cheesy
