My pc problem or internet ?

my internet now so slow! i dont know why. earliest time my connection so fast, download can reach 160kb-180kb. but now so slow! after raining in my place, connection become slow. i from Johor Bahru. now i cant play online game, so lag and my ping too high. i always get kicked out from host coz my ping too high and make lag their game. so sad. firstly, i tot my pc get virus, and then i buy anti-virus. after i clear all virus. my connection also slow. and i know its not about virus that make slow connection. sry my english bad. is that Streamyx problem ?
